Shipping & Preservation Policies

‘At Beauty of Flowers, Inc., we approach floral preservation as both an art and a responsibility. Every arrangement entrusted to us receives meticulous, individualized care to ensure it is transformed into a timeless keepsake. To maintain the highest standards and protect the integrity of your preservation experience, we require all clients to review and agree to the following terms prior to booking’

1. Client Responsibility for Shipping

All clients are solely responsible for arranging and covering the cost of shipping their flowers to our Chicago studio.
We strongly recommend using a reliable, trackable shipping method with expedited delivery to ensure the flowers arrive in optimal condition.
Please note that Beauty of Flowers, Inc. is not liable for any delays, damage, or loss incurred during transit to our facility.

2. Design Proofing & Revision Limitations

A personalized mockup design will be provided for your approval prior to final assembly.

• You may request up to three (3) rounds of revisions at no additional cost.

• Requests beyond the third round will be subject to an additional design fee.
  We encourage clients to provide clear, consolidated feedback within each review cycle to ensure a smooth and efficient design process.

3. Frame Color Alterations

During your design consultation, you will select a custom frame finish to complement your preserved arrangement. Should you wish to change the frame color after your initial selection, a non-refundable $30 alteration fee will apply. This fee reflects the specialized labor and materials required to modify custom-made frames.

4. Natural Evolution of Preserved Blooms

While we employ professional color correction techniques to minimize fading, it is important to understand that preserved flowers are an organic medium and may naturally soften or shift in tone over time.

• This transformation is a hallmark of authentic preserved florals, adding individuality and character to your piece.

• No preservation method can guarantee the complete prevention of long-term color change.

By proceeding with your order, you acknowledge and accept these natural variations as part of the beauty and uniqueness of preserved blooms.

5. Bouquet Recreation for Out-of-State Clients

For clients outside of Illinois who cannot ship fresh florals, we offer a bouquet recreation service using premium, high-quality blooms selected to closely match your original arrangement.

• Please note: The cost of recreating a bouquet in Chicago may differ—either higher or lower—than the price originally paid for your wedding bouquet.

• We advise clients to carefully consider this before booking to ensure alignment with expectations and budget.

6. Deposit & Project Commencement

To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit must be received in full prior to the commencement of any preservation work.

• Projects will not be scheduled or begin until the deposit has been processed.

• Receipt of the deposit officially reserves your place in our production schedule and allows us to dedicate the specialized attention and care your blooms require.
